Candlewood Suites Wake Forest-Raleigh Area, an IHG Hotel

this was our first time in an extended stay facility so we didn't know what to expect it was very clean and staff was very frfriendly and accomadating

Very clean; Friendly staff but no smiles Comfortable bed Huge bathroom (I was in a disability room) Very quiet AC Everything worked properly Hotel was in an excellent shopping area

I want to call out a special shout out to the front desk manager, Tori. She was exceptional in providing great customer service in helping me modify my reservation, which I had to cut short. Thank you for all her efforts!!
